Filmed by Bike is open for submissions for the May 16-18 festival. This year's event is returning to the Hollywood Theater in Portland, Oregon.
For film makers who want to have their creations viewed by a wider audience, the Filmed by Bike Festival is open for submissions — the regular deadline is January 17. For those who push their deadlines to the last minute, late registration is February 21.
